Tom Yum Cartilage Soba
1 piece of cartilage
5 pieces of kaffir lime leaves
3 teaspoons of tom yum sauce
500 ml water
Soba noodles 300g
- Boil the cartilage in water with galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves until tender.
- Separate the soup from the cartilage.
- Mix the soup with Tom Yum Sauce, Por Kwan Brand.
- Add more seasoning as you like.
- Arrange on a plate and serve with soba noodles.
