Ingredients

  • 1 piece of cartilage

  • Galangal 35g

  • Lemongrass 100g

  • 5 pieces of kaffir lime leaves

  • 3 teaspoons of tom yum sauce

  • 500 ml water

  • Soba noodles 300g

Directions

  • Boil the cartilage in water with galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves until tender.
  • Separate the soup from the cartilage.
  • Mix the soup with Tom Yum Sauce, Por Kwan Brand.
  • Add more seasoning as you like.
  • Arrange on a plate and serve with soba noodles.
