Ingredients

  • 1 squid or 2-3 squids

  • 3 tbsp of crab paste

  • wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon white peppercorns

  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Spring onions 1 teaspoon

  • Chilli, sliced 1 tsp.

Directions

  • Cut the squid into pieces and mix with Pork Kwan Manpu Sauce.
  • Mix wheat flour with water, and dip squid in flour.
  • Fry Squid with Crab paste ( Por Kwan Brand)
  • Fry the chilli, sliced garlic in the oil.
  • Mix the fried squid and Crab paste together.
  • Season, serve and sprinkle with spring onions.
