Stir-fried squid with chili paste
1 squid or 2-3 squids
3 tbsp of crab paste
1 teaspoon white peppercorns
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tsp salt
Spring onions 1 teaspoon
Chilli, sliced 1 tsp.
- Cut the squid into pieces and mix with Pork Kwan Manpu Sauce.
- Mix wheat flour with water, and dip squid in flour.
- Fry Squid with Crab paste ( Por Kwan Brand)
- Fry the chilli, sliced garlic in the oil.
- Mix the fried squid and Crab paste together.
- Season, serve and sprinkle with spring onions.
