Ingredients

  • big flat noodles 250g

  • Fresh raw seafood

  • 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste

  • 200 ml stock water

  • 4-5 pieces of Hong Kong kale

  • Tapioca starch 15 g.

  • Thai garlic 10g

  • White peppercorns 5g

  • Soybean paste 15g

  • Salt as desired

Directions

  • Fry the big flat noodles in a hot oil pan until golden, set aside
  • Bring Hong Kong kale to peel. Then blanched and set aside.
  • Take the garlic, white pepper, coarsely pounded and stir-fry with soy bean paste, then add Pork Kwan branded shrimp paste.
  • Add raw seafoods and stir fry with soy sauce prepared at
  • boil the stock water and mix the tapioca starch in the topping water and season

Directions

  • Cut the squid into pieces and mix with Pork Kwan Manpu Sauce.
  • Mix wheat flour with water, and dip squid in flour.
  • Fry Squid with Crab paste ( Por Kwan Brand)
  • Fry the chilli, sliced garlic in the oil.
  • Mix the fried squid and Crab paste together.
  • Season, serve and sprinkle with spring onions.

  • Coriander root 30g

  • Thai garlic 20g

  • White peppercorns 5g

  • ground peanuts 50g

  • coconut milk 200ml

  • Ground pork 100g

  • Shrimp paste chili sauce 2 tbsp.

  • 1 tablespoon of palm sugar

  • Salt as desired

  • Khao Tang

Directions

  • Mix and pound coriander root, garlic, white peppercorns together.
  • Prepare coarse ground peanuts
  • Stir the pounded ingredients together, fry with coconut milk, and add ground pork.
  • Mix the sauce, chili paste, shrimp paste (Pork Kwan brand) and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Add all the coconut milk tails and turn on the heat to simmer until the sauce begins to thicken and season with the palm sugar and salt.
  • Serve with Khao Tang.
